We are the controller of all your personal data that we collect from you except for data provided directly to third parties when you use a debit card, data provided directly to third parties when you trade on credit or data we receive through your Camping Key Europe or Camping ID app/card.

All processing of personal data takes place in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the "General Data Protection Regulation").

1	What information do we collect about you. We collect information about you when you register with us, place an order or to receive market updates via email or SMS. Information about website usage is collected using cookies and tracking pixels.
	–	Register an account or place an order: To register an account with us or place an order, we collect your full name, contact details and in which country you live. This information is processed to keep your account up to date, deliver our products and services, create an invoice or warranty claim. Once the purpose of the processing of personal data is achieved, we delete the information that is no longer needed. In the event that you have not checked into our facility in the last 36 months, we will delete your information in our systems. If some of the information is part of accounting data, it will be stored for 7 years based on legislation on accounting management in Sweden.
	–	Manage payments and credits: For handling payments by debit card or credit, we share your finformation with a third party to process the payment or application for credit. We only receive some of the information back from third parties and we only process this information to confirm payment of the product or service you have ordered. All data collected directly by third parties, which is part of payment or the credit arrangement, is controlled by third parties. 	–	Market updates: If you have agreed to receive market updates from us, we store your email address and full name based on your consent for this purpose until you wish not to receive our marketing communications.
